Should I get a Huawei Nova 3i or a Nokia 7 Plus?

Hi guys,

I can't decide which phone to get.

Would appreciate any advice if you have experience with either one.

Things I look for in a phone (ideal to have) are:

  • Good camera
  • NFC

I mainly use my phone for photos, internet browsing, emails…etc.

Looking at the $500 - $800 range

      Yes, would prefer local stock. I've purchased grey stock previously from Kogan and had a faulty item and would rather not go through that process again. Too much hassle.

    3i no nfc so looks like 7 plus is the winner

      Yeah, Nokia 7 for the NFC.
      But Nova 3i has better camera and dual SIM is a plus point too….

      G6? Camera doesn't seem as good.
      I'm currently using a Moto Z Play. But busted the screen and my camera is shit now.

    Hi guys I'm also interested in the Huawei Noav 3i.

    Anyone owned a Huawei Nova 3i and had any issues with it? It hasn't been on the market too long so interested in any problems that have cropped up.

    Also interested in:
    How snappy it is
    How good the camera is

      Also interested if anyone knows any sales coming up for it in the near future? Clickfrenzy maybe?

      I am waiting for a Bing Lee 20% off sale to bring it down from $500 to $400, that's the best I can see right now.

      EDIT:

      Question about camera can be split into 2 questions:
      1. How does it compare to cameras available in phones around the same price $500(+/-$100)
      2. How does it compare to cameras available in flagship phones worth no more than $300/400 extra? Specifically, S8, Google Pixel 2, Mate 10, P20, am I missing anything else?

      Greatly appreciate any help!
