  https://www.giggedin.com/upcoming for events, although it is actually quite misleading. Once you have signed up, some that are not listed as sold out on that page, are 'waitlist only', and others are 'premium event' which charge a fee which is about 50% of the cost of the ticket.

  What I wanted is waitlist only, so this turned out to be a dud for me.

  The movie tickets are not available in your first month - comes up with this message

  We reward our loyal GiggedIn members, so cinema passes are only available to members who have been with us for 1 month or more. If you don't want to wait, you can upgrade your membership now. Or, you can just wait until the next billing cycle for it to unlock automatically.

  You can't redeem for movie tickets until your second month, also I was a subscriber up until last month and I'm pretty sure it's not one movie ticket per week as that would require 4 credits and you only get one per month. It's a cool service if you do like to go out a lot but there weren't enough bands I liked and I don't go to the city so much.
