  Their location is in China. You can ask a few questions

  1) where is their warehouse? You want a physical address
  2) if you need to return the item, where to?

  You can also review their feedback. Look to see if the item you want to buy already has feedback and whether it is positive, negative, neutral and more importantly if there has been revised feedback on the item. Note who is making the feedback. If the feedback is from a low feedback buyer it may not be genuine. If there is positive feedback the you can have some comfort assuming the feedback is genuine that the items are correct.

  Also buy the item using a credit card as the funding source. If you do this and it is not as described and there is a dispute you can file a chargeback with your bank to get your money back.

  I don’t trust any seller whose location states Nsw, Vic, Sydney or Melbourne. Most sellers whose items are legit located in Australia will have an actual suburb as their location.
