Hi All,
I am organising a gift for a friend. It was concluded that we will get a Westfield gift card.
I would usually not have gotten a Westfield gift card as a present, as it has an activation fee.
Is there anywhere I can get a discounted Westfield gift card, or ways to avoid the activation fee?

Just give cash ! The new Westfield cards can be used just about anywhere (not just at Westfield) so its basic cash anyway. Avoid the person getting it the hassle of keeping track of the balance etc and give cash, maybe some fresh new $10 notes or something :)
