Hi, this might be a weird question but I'm currently on a Lebara plan and since yesterday, my phone says "your SIM card is invalid". I tried on 2 other phones and it's the same results. Would I be able to buy a new Lebara starter pack SIM (from local coles) and then activate, then port my number over to this new sim? I did some research and apparently the issue could be that the SIM card is damaged/faulty. Would porting over from Lebara to Lebara work?
Hope someone can help me! need to use my phone urgently tomorrow :(
you have to replace sim not porting. contact service team.
