Travel Insurance While Overseas

Hello,

I am an Indian resident and stay at Australia at work visa. I am visiting Singapore for travel for 4 days and would like to take a travel insurance.
I am not getting the insurance from any Australian provider as I am not an Australian resident, neither I am getting one from any Indian provider as my journey does not begin at India.

In such a scenario, need your advice on what travel insurance option I have now. Reckon that it's a tricky scenario and appreciate your help in this regard.
