  Unless it's stored in an ewallet such as suncorp benefits or the woolworths app, I print them and write the balance on it when I use it. Otherwise it would just get lost in my inbox. I also have a thing about other people I don't know handling my phone, so this helps in that I'd much rather hand over a print out. I often screenshot from my phone and print that, so it's wallet sized.
