    There is zero scientific support for the claims of this concoction. If it worked it would be known and recognised as beneficial.

      There is evidence showing a link between stress/cortisol levels and being able to control diet, specifically controlling complex and simple carbohydrate intake. Looking wider there is evidence to show that willpower acts like a finite quantity which is regulated by stress.

      Chronically stressed out people usually eat like shit.

      Not that this make the product any more likely to work.

        I agree. Cortisol certainly contributes to fat gain but the only ingredient in this that even claims to have any effect on cortisol is the magnolia bark and the rest (ok, the whole lot) is typical useless quackery.

          chromium is meant to reduce cortisol. Who knows if it really does though.
