  I bought one harrington jacket online from them. It didn't last even 2 months. The stitching came off from the right elbow area. Looks like pretty cheap material when compared to other brands like Superdry. I posted a negative review on their site and guess what?… it never appeared there…

    I had the complete polar opposite. Bought 2 the sand/tan to suit dark denim and the navy blue to suit tan chinos. Both have never faulted me and I love the fit/look and quality was good for me. But I did buy mine approx a year ago. So unless new stock us trash. That's my comments on the Harrington jackets.

  Are you sure this definitely can be returned for refund? I've read the full return policy, it says "we are unable to accept returns in outlet stores". It only means their outlet store cannot process return? The online outlet is different from "Outlet store"?
