Been shopping over the weekend with points from my recently approved DJ Amex card as DJ was having a further 20% off sale. Bought three items under $50 each with the points over different dates and time and each and everyone of them was rejected. However, the item I purchased using DJ Amex card itself went through. One of the rejected items was relisted today eventhough it was the last item when I bought it using the DJ Amex card points. So I wondered if any ozbargainers have had their purchases during sales using DJ Amex points rejected. If this is the case, then I think DJ is rejecting purchases made with points during sales.
All these items were on sale? I think you were just unlucky that all three happened to have no stock for whatever method you chose (Click and Collect or delivery) and that it's a coincidence that all of them were paid for with points (expect a Gift Card in the mail). Try ask them why all three were cancelled (good luck getting a response though)
