Pretty decent price, not cheapest yet but might be cheapest at the moment.

Black ops 4 is also $64 for pc and xbox one at amazon. Never really understood why shops raise prices after launch. Is it to drive pre-orders?

  I imagine it's because they're selling more copies in the first week of release so they can afford to have the price a little lower temporarily.

I guess if you have the HM Amex deal still on your card you can use the $64 to help hit the $400 mark. Maybe ask for a Gift Card as well as purchasing the game. If they refuse then say bugger off and not get the game.
