    I managed to call through via their number on the website. A bloke reassured me that he has received ~400 orders for boots and said confirmation emails should be sent out by tonight/tomorrow night at the latest. He also said all orders will be shipped out on Friday (whenever Friday for them is I assume) and will take about 4 days to get to Australia.

    • He said the same thing you me as well. Keen to learn whether this is for real or a scam

      • I emailed them on Wednesday with regards to the delivery of my order and they have not gotten back to me. I got a confirmation email on Monday the 22nd, and I'm still patiently waiting for confirmation of delivery.

        • I got the collier confirmation email on Wednesday and the shipping confirmation on Thursday, maybe check your junk mail?

          • @qu4ng88: I have been checking my mail too often and frequent ever since I made my purchase, to the point I had to email them a second time on Friday to know its status. The company mentioned that they were really apologetic for the delay, and I think they had over 700 - 800+ orders that they had to get more stock. Till now I am still waiting for the tracking email, so I guess I have to up my patience and slowly wait for the mail/parcel to arrive.

            I had the impression that it could be a scam, and was getting frustrated thinking that the money had been deducted from the bank. However, I believe I just needed reassurance from the company through their emails.

    I followed up the confirmation that I received last Friday to see what was up, reply below:

    … I will send a message to warehouse now to get update on your tracking and order

    I know another 50 pairs of boots got sent out today, so if you have not received a tracking, one will be coming today or tomorrow

    Let me know if any problems at all and thank you for your patience whilst we have been extremely busy

    We are also starting a warehouse in Australia and have taken on 2 new members of staff now so we can increase service for all!

    We have many new items and deals coming over the next 2 weeks…

  • I got my order today after patiently waiting for almost 2 weeks and being so paranoid whether such a good deal was genuine. I'd no tracking number at all from UPS or any other courier companies, however the boots turned up and they are really legitimate!

          I've also sent them 2 emails. Was patiently waiting, but now seeing that others have received their order 1 week+ ago, getting worried. I did email them about switching my order from one colour to the other - and they replied back (promptly) that it was no issue. But, nothing since then (approx 2.5 weeks and 2 emails later). Still crossing fingers - but keeping an eye on a 30-day window which I think is reasonable to raise a Paypal dispute (even though is 180 days with Paypal).. If anyone else has any suggestions (or a direct email), happy to hear. I am ok waiting, but would like to know its going to happen at some stage..

          • @FairCrack: I found that they have a second email address, "enquiries@collierbristow". I've tried that one today, still heard nothing so far.

            It doesn't help either that the contact form on their website is broken - says to add captcha, but there is no captcha.

        • Apparently 180 days. He responded to me, said he would refund me the money anyway, I said a refund wasn't necessary so long as they actually turn up, but I WOULD enjoy another discount on another pair of boots. No response. Emailed again. No response. Emailed again, got a response - he'll refund me OR ship them in 2 weeks.

          Absolute trash service.

    I haven't received anything from the very first sale (15th October). I've called their business in the UK, and they keep promising to send it. I opened a PayPal case and after offering a few responses promising to ship it on the next business day, they eventually just stopped replying. PayPal case got escalated, but I'm gonna give this vendor a neg.

    From what some people are posting, they've got their boots, but I didn't even get an order confirmation emailed to me when I paid with PayPal.

      He'd let me know my situation was very special (I ordered it under my name to be sent to someone else under their name) which is why my order fell through the cracks.

        He told me my boots would arrive any moment now and even said he would give me my money back on top. He retracted the last part and then said it would be another 2 weeks, exactly a week ago. There was nothing special about my order. In my name, to me, in the middle of the Sydney CBD.
