Balance Transfers for Existing Customers

Hi everyone,

I need some credit card guidance.

I am looking for cards that do low-interest balance transfers for existing customers (not just new customers).

Looking around, there are a couple mentioned in this deal. ANZ does them on an ongoing basis, and Westpac has a promotion on at the moment.

Is anyone aware of any others?

That would be then to start paying your credit debt off, instead of just 'moving' it around.

Some banks sends balance offers occasionally. Just need to be patient and wait. This happens to my Amex, Bank west and ANZ cards.

  Have 7 cards and have never had a bal transfer ever.

    As we speak I received this 15 months 0% rate BT offer for my dormant Westpac credit card.

Call ANZ and ask about 18 months interest free BT offer with no transfer fee. Ask them nicely and on a good day (Friday afternoon is generally better than first thing Monday morning!).

They may offer 3% or some other rubbish which you can humbly decline and try to call a few days later.

  ANZ offer you the BT offer if you ask to close the card. Happened twice with me. I took the offer last week. The BT amount can be upto 95% of your remaining credit ($0 in my case)
