I am still under TPG old plan - optus network plan
Just got new sim card replacement and with my iphone x always showing 3g network, where my other simcard with optus directly showing 4g.
anyone has similar experience? Just range tpg support, she said this is due to my plan. just wondering if this is true or there is setting on apn that i has to change? Thanks
I had the same issue with Woolworths mobile.
When I got Woolworths mobile the t&cs didn’t allow me to hotspot or access 4g network. Then when Optus took over and I was paying them it seems the same rules applied. I even went in store and asked, they were no help - although they did give me a new sim but it didn’t change anything. In the end I changed to Telstra on the recent JB Hifi deal.
