Does anyone know if Virgin will still credit mr and my family members with status credits, despite using about $100 worth of points on the flight?

What fare type did you purchase?
I purchased an Elevate fare from Sydney-Hobart return.
So as long as I didn't purchase a reward seat I should be ok?
No from Economy Reward or Business Reward but you will with the Any Seat Reward
