I've always had a bad experience with Zmodo products. Their quality isn't as good, and after a few years of use, the camera starts to show a lot of noise for no reason.
Try Arlo or Nest cameras.

Never seen an outdoor security camera connect via micro usb until now. That would be warning enough for me.
