Mungi very very slow recently

Over the past couple of weeks my Mungi internet has been getting slower and slower. Has anyone else experienced the same? Am paying for 50/20…. am getting 6/16

    Submit a ticket and asked to be put on the new system. It's MUCH better.

      They're doing this for me on Monday, will see how it goes afterward. To be fair they're prompt with their customer service so can't complain about that. Hopefully they get the speeds sorted out.

    yeah i have been the same, im sick of giving them a chance, i have logged so many fault tickets for speed or connection issues. I just signed up to iinet. (profanity) Mungi they are shit.

    UPDATE: I got transferred to the new network/server and things are awesome now!!!
