Mealpal Promotion - Anyone Having Similar Issue?

So last month on Sep 22 I signed up a MealPal account to register into their $99 for 36 meals (12 meals x 3 cycles) promotion. After signing up to the promotion plan I was immediately charged $99 (instead of the normal $95 for new users), so I figured I was all good and set for the promotion.

Yesterday however, I've used up my first 12 meals for the cycle, and got the option to start the next option early (the cycle was supposed to end on Oct 25). I accepted, and got charged $99 again. I've tried emailing them (and messaging on fb) yesterday, but they haven't answered. Has anyone here experienced similar thing with this promotion? I feel kinda ripped off

    Email [email protected]. They usually respond within the day but may have to wait until Monday.

    I subscribed for the same offer on 24 Sept…

    Since these guys didnt send any confirmation, i have been thinking about it as well.

    I'll wait another 4 days to see what happens.

      They replied to me via facebook. They said that the promotion ended on the Sep 21, whereas I signed up for the plan on Sep 22. The promotion plan was still available to choose on Sep 22 for me though, so idk what happened there.

      I wrote them on Sep 22 asking for confirmation if I am registered in the promotion, and a MealPal representative assured me that I was indeed registered in the promotion plan. In yesterday's response to my inquiry, they acknowledged that they had misinformed me on their email last month. Therefore, they offered refund for the next 2 cycles. I will still be charged the full amount, but will be able to get refund.

      When did you sign up for the promotion plan?

        Hey there, I signed up on 21 September. Tried email them, no reply. So will try Facebook msg them and see. Did they even tell you how long the refund will take? Thanks mate!

          Hmm so it's not even the problem with me registering on Sep 22 then.

          They said the refund should take 5-10 days. As of right now it hasnt come through for me.
