Amazon Voucher - Unable To Redeem

Hi

Couple of months back, when they introduced global shopping from amazon.com.au itself, I received a A$20 voucher from Amazon and they said I can use it before this December to buy stuff from amazon store.

As far as I remember there is no minimum cart value to use thus voucher. However, when I tried it for my A$25 product it says you can't use this vouchers. I tried with 2 more products but result was same. I used amazon.com.au website to buy stuff.

Can anyone have idea or anyone faced this problem?

  a lot of the time the vouchers cant be used on items sent from overseas but sold via .com.au
  also cant be used for items sold by third party sellers, the item must be sold (or fulfilled) by amazon au
