I could use some advice on buying a AV receiver with Alexa integration.
I am currently considering 2 models: Denon AVR-X2400H and YAMAHA RX-V585
I can get both for around $800.
The Yamaha is a newer release. Both advertise they have Alexa integration. As Alexa is the primary reason for buying a receiver. I want to ensure I get the most seamless integration available on the market at the moment.
The Denon release date is about 12 months ago but they announced recently improvements in their Alexa integration. I am not sure if this was just marketing the old technology with a new spin, or there are significant changes. Google didn't help me with this question.
