I've tried live chat with Telstra but they are not budging on offering any deals.
What are the best deals for ADSL2+ which is the only thing I can connect to. Just need unlimited data, reliability and fast speeds (is that even possible with ADSL2+?) I like streaming high quality videos (4K if that's possible as well).
Have been an Optus customer my entire life, maybe there's something out there that's better.
adsl2+ depends on your line quality
telco can't do / won't differs much at all apart from tuning/fixing line profile & customer service & pricing
Netflix recommends 25Mbps for 4k streaming - the top end of ADSL2+ is 24Mbps but you'd be very lucky (and have to be very close to the exchange) to get this.
Your choice depends on the providers in your area and distance to the closest node/interchange, among other things
If you can get NBN, they won't/can't give you ADSL

pretty vague, and i doubt 4k is possible.
Heaps of resellers outside the big companies. Look on whirlpool.
