    Muesli Flakes 820g for $3.50 is great, but I have to say the Antioxidants variant is my favourite.

    Haven't seen all these flavours before though, are some new?

      Not new flavours, but in new more convenient, smaller sizes for the same old sale price you know and love. They keep shrinking :(

        Supermarket weekly catalogues run exactly the same time and have the same products week in week out.

        It would be useful just to have one list and one post to look through.

      It's amazing how sugary breakfast cereals are, despite often being marketed as healthy (maybe other than that american marshmallow cereal)
      Would rather go for a decent muesli with banana slices and a dollop of greek yoghurt. Skip the ones filled with dried fruit though, just as bad as cereal in terms of sugar content.

      They do make the health stars rating a complete joke. The one I like is 4 stars but I eat it as a sweet dessert, diluted with oats, a weet bix and bran.
