    There's quite a big difference in features and capture modes the black can do over the silver.

    If all you're after is a good waterproof action camera then the silver one will probably do.

    If you can afford it though, go black as the silver misses out on some of the best features like 4K, Hypersmooth stabilisation (which is really good), super slo-mo and some other things.

    Hmm, why? Original battery is 1220 mAh, 4.40V. Wasabi are 1220 mAh 3.85V. Price difference isn't large enough to go unofficial route?

        Fair enough, I bought the original battery and charger pack with 20% off Good Guys which is better for me. Batteries and chargers are not something I would generally skimp out on especially with lower specs and unknown quality.
