Fastway Couriers Forged My Signature, and Now My Package Is Missing

I was supposed to receive my new Mavic air this morning, however I was not home to receive it.

On the tracking page, it appears as if someone poorly forged my signature, not only spelling my name incorrectly, but also writing it upside down. I suspect that the driver must have fraudulently signed, due to the signature being upside down (I can provide a photo to people who can help me get this sorted). I also have some papers from Vicroads, which states the time (which is quite close to the delivery time funnily enough), my full name and location (not even close to the delivery address) to show that I was not present for the delivery.

I was just wondering how I should proceed with this situation.

    I've sent them an email, as well as the ebay store that I ordered from initially. Couldn't get through when calling though, as I was on hold for a while and had other matters to attend to. I'll try again tomorrow, and hopefully it will be sorted. Thanks for the advice :)

  Open an snad with PayPal and follow their instructions.

      No snad. EBay and PayPal may rule in favour of the seller if it's an inr.

        But he doesn't have the item? Or does PayPal not really care about the details (no photo etc)

          @Quantumcat: The seller has online tracking that shows the item has been delivered.

          An snad is more flexible. Choose a reason that is most suitable.

  I've never understood what the right way up for the signature machine is so the fact it's signed "upside down" means absolutely nothing.

    When the courier holds it out to me there's only one way for me to sign. Do some hand the device over to you?
