Next month I am travelling therefore I need sturdy tripod with bluetooth which can use bothnphone & camera. Its will be use outside. Thank you in advance

I prefer tripod as I will travel by myself :)
Then get a BT remote (shutter) unit from ebay.

I don't think many decent quality tripods which are sturdy enough for an actual camera come with a bluetooth function. You might want to buy the two separately - a good tripod (+mobile phone adapter), and a bluetooth remote.
In this case I should to to buy the selfie stick instead?
It… depends. Selfie stick bluetooth remotes aren't wireless, so it's less versatile. But I don't know how many selfies you might be taking vs photos that need tripods. A bluetooth camera remote (which is completely wireless) is something like this:

If you'll be using the camera a lot, then you'll probably need that tripod, and if you have a tripod you might as well get a $1 mobile phone adapter just in case too.
Personally, I'd just get a selfie stick because I don't use a separate camera and I don't take long exposure landscapes that'd need a tripod either.

Get any tripod and this. Similarly, you can get one at your local Daiso but its a shitty build quality. It uses 1/4 in thread.
Edit: oh wait, you said BT. Do you mean by selfie stick?
