I'm over these idiots who would pack this 2mm product into this without taping the ends so it doesnt punch through and get lost.

Sending photos and what happened this is the reply for unregistered post.

Is there any trace of the parcel being opened? Could you please take some photos of the empty parcel as well as of the shipping label? We also suggest you check the weight of this package and contact your local post office to request an official document stating what happened to your parcel and its actual weight. We will launch an investigation on this issue and provide you with a solution at the soonest.

We advise you take these actions just in case you receive an empty parcel in the future:
1. Check if the outer package was damaged or being disassembled before open it.
2. Shake the package gently when you receive it to make sure there's something inside the package.
3. If the weight of the parcel is very different, you could record a video when you open the parcel.

I'm over these idiots this year 1 parcell never showed worth $4 Eachine quads turning up with bad batteries and now a parcel that turns up empty.
Banggood you've really gone downhill this year from now on I'm looking elsewhere.

    I was a big buyer from Banggood and after a similar issue, I just lost my faith in them… (that added to them hiding GST on items. Ie: adding it to the invoice without listing what the extra charge is actually for.)

    I had a parcel go missing and they wanted me to make a video. Got the same response when I asked them how do I make a video of a missing item.

    I ended up making a 5 min video of an empty table and explaining in the video that the parcel was missing.

    Got my refund and have not bought anything since.

      lol yeah my first thought too. If they ask for so called official document, just give them an 'official document'. Put your own letterhead, put it in formal paragraphs, with dates etc. Maybe even a MS Paint illustration of what happened…

        It was a 5 min video of nothing, just the table… and right at the end I said… “see… still not here…”

        I just wanted to waste some of their time watching a video that they wanted.

    in their heyday they were great - great products, great prices, good service (albeit slow delivery - as usual for most china sites)
