Best Coilover Installation Shop in Brisbane

Looking for a good place that's decent priced to get some coilovers installed in Brisbane or Ipswich.

Cheers

  • Which car?

    • 2007 CIVIC

      • That will look sick (fully)

Place I know specialises in European and more so German.

        • Who'd you recommend for those cars?

        2007 CIVIC

I lol’d a little… they will be worth more than the car.

Is it a race car they are going on or your everyday driver? Because one makes sense, the other is a laugh.

Can’t wait for your next post… “where can I get a 3” cat back exhaust, cold air intake and full body kit done cheap in Brisbane…”

Please, share some photos of your car when it’s done.

Whatever you do don't choose the cheapest. Find a place that specialises in your brand and has done it many times.

I've used Fulcrum in Stafford, it was years ago but they were great guys.

Fulcrum should have you covered, several locations all over the greater Brisbane area.

  • I would go with MCA Suspension - they're located in Geebung and are pretty well regarded for their suspension products. If you are planning on taking it to the track, MCA Red Suspension is the go-to in the Aus 86 Racing series.

  • Search Chrisfix on Youtube. Has the best tutorial on how to do this.

  • I don't have any recommendations for shops. But I do have the following contribution.

Coilovers are easy to install yourself if you're confident working on vehicles. Once installed, immediately take the car for a 'total four wheel alignment'. If you're confident in doing it yourself, you can save many $100's in labour costs.

As TheBilly said, watch Chrisfix video on Youtube. See link: How to Install Coilovers in your car

I recently installed a set of BC Racing coilovers in my track car. Installation took me about 7-8 hrs with a few breaks in between.
