if you have Gold you can play Just Cause 3 until Monday, November 5th at 9 a.m. PDT, which is 4am Tuesday November 6th.

But… the latest update of the store app on my Xbox console today broke itself so I can't view anything in the store :( to confirm that it's up and working for you to install …. but i already had it installed from disc and it is now playing without a disc in the tray, so beware today's store update!
