I hardly drink Riesling, but I'm going to try
Do! You can often get good value in quality Riesling which you struggle to get with other varieties.
I have drunk it a couple of times but I prefer:-
Hardys Stamp of Australia Chardonnay 1L. $5.90 in any six, $35.40 per case of 6, $6.20 per bottle.
Being One Litre bottles, this equates to $26.55 per case of 6, 750ml bottles, and so it is cheaper, as well as more palatable for me.
…the Riesling is the same price (as I suspect are all the others in this range) and is rather nice. Good for cooking too - when you need a bit of acidity for deglazing/making up sauce volume.
