^ To add on, the $30 Sim card gives 35 GB for 28 days! extremely great value!!!

    • Are u sure?
I just activated a $30 pack last week and got 18 fb plus 10gb streaming data

Just checked the website, it is a little misleading, but from my understanding, currently, its 10gb on activation, then 25gb extra for the next 3 recharges.

      • Pretty sure, I just activated one today.
The previous time i activated one was 2 weeks ago and I received 20GB.

        • So 10gb or 35gb for the $30(recharge, $10 cost) sim?

@upsidedownlemon: @upsidedownlemon: Just went and bought one from Officeworks, wasn't on clearance for $5 but it was $10. I just activated it and there was no mention of the bonus data during that but I checked my balance afterwards and I have 35gb of data that expires in 28 days!

    • The $30 mobile broadband started pack in this deal is for data only. 5GB + 25Gb bonus.

… don't confuse this with the prepaid mobile starter pack (unlimited calls & text + 10GB & 25GB bonus data) like I did.

  • Can the $30 data sim be used for longer expiry data plan ?
I would be happy for 6 month expiry, and less GB of data .

    • +2

I think you can. Yoo choose your plan when activating, from what I remember.

yes would like someone to confirm this too?

    • Yes can choose various mobile plans
      with mobile sim only.

Did within last month.( Activating )

    • Yes, phone is fine.

Nice you're at the Five Dock store (based on the photo). Was going to bite on this but just realised these aren't interchangeable with the phone SIM (I think Telstra's are?).

  • I picked up the $10 sim for just $1 in Officeworks but have found it's pretty useless as the minimum plan seems to be $30. Can anyone confirm whether that's the case and that I'd have to spend another $20 to get any use out of it?

If so, it'll go straight to the bin.
