Mini lanyard pen for work

Hey guys, long-time lurker, occasional commenter ob the main site and first-time poster to the forums…

Long story short I am looking for a lanyard/keyring pen , with a d-ring style attachment on the cap. I want the cap to uncovered and go on the back end and make it full length for comfort. On mobile so I can edit or reply with examples, but the ones that jump out at me would be a BIC four-pen and the Sharpie Mini.

It seems compact hilighters are a thing but no so much ballpoints…

Thanks guys

  • I get pens like that from the ‘cheap’ shops. They are either with the key rings or stationery.

  • I got one from Daiso

  • I would go to your nearest stationary office supplies shop and browse the pen aisle.

Any multi department shop should have some.

But office supplies will have more selection.

  • Thanks for the replies guys. I spent about 5 hours searching every shop in Adelaide CBD that I could think of would carry such a pen, Smiggle, Typo, Dymocks, Office Works, Kmart, Cheap as Chips etc, etc, etc… the closest I could find was a mini twist pen (75%? width and length) but without a lanyard attach point, stylus on the butt instead. Everywhere I went understood exactly what I wanted, but no one could help me :-(

I have some Xouimi pen refills I am now thinking of repurposing…

  • I ended up importing some Zebra compact pens from the UK, 6 for $10
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
