  Hi, I have a surgically reconstructed left ankle. Currently I wear a surgical compression stocking for long periods when I am out and about to try and limit swelling in the joint from fatigue and also chronic arthritus.

  Your product's description describes warmth (no doubt for compression) however how comfortable are your products in a hot ande humid climate?

  Also, what are these like for wear and tear. I would need a product that can handle about 6-8 hours of daily uses without disintergating. Care intructions: I would presume these need hand washing in a mild detergent solution?

  Sorry for the questions. I did have a look at your web-site prior to posting this message. Perhaps a some answers in your FAQs could be provided as it is weighted towards payment, shipping and returns & little else. Maybe a page link for care instructructions might be helpful for those making direct online purchases. As it is I would need to phone for more information prior to making a purchase decision.

  Hi et tu brute,

  Usage/ Application-Slip-on similar to stockings. For pain relief and support. Note: Do not wear this product if warming or heat generating ointments/liniments have been applied.
  Care & Maintenance -Should only be hand-washed with mild soap in water (30o C). Air dry away from heat or sunlight. Should not be bleached, ironed or dry-cleaned.
  Storage/ Do's & Don'ts Store when not in use after washing and thorough drying. Replace once elasticity reduces due to repeated use.
