    I once wanted to buy syringes (with blunt needles) to refill fountain pen cartridges. No go - and even if anyone was permitted to sell them to me, the price was going to be rather high. It was a price that I was happy to pay.

    So.

    I ordered them online (ex Malaysia). Very inexpensive. Turns out that they were manufactured in Australia!

    Numpties rule.

    (…and the syringes still work perfectly)

      Go to the hospital if you need sharp needles (they have a vending machine out the front at most places - $2 for a whole sharps set)
      Go to the chemist if you need ones like these (no needles) but speak to the pharmacist about it. They will sell you them for like 30c - 60c. I got mine from Priceline to measure out sanitizer. No issues.

      my sister is a nurse and uses similar for piping icing onto cakes and other things in the kitchen.

      I had some larger ones I got at some point for a fancy dress costume ( along with surgical mask, stethoscope, shoe covers etc). I use them for measuring accurately around the house as needed.
