Help me choose a budget laptop to learn CUDA and machine learning

First Post, please be nice. Hope to get some help from the community here.

I am looking for a cheap laptop to practice CUDA and machine learning before venturing into trying stuff on cloud. A decent battery life and portability (lighter weight and ~14") will be preferable. Any basic GPU supporting CUDA and deep learning would do.
I searched on Internet and found these two with good review for MX 150 for around $1200-$1500:
1. ASUS zenbook UX430UN
2. Ideapad 530S

I would buy one of these if could not find a better/cheaper option.
Any suggestion?
