Kogan Sim Replacement Problem

My partner lost her Kogan sim whilst overseas using a local sim.

Upon returning we phoned Kogan (from my phone) and asked them to do a sim replacement with one we had lying around from a previous deal. We gave them the numbers etc and all seemingly checked out ok.

We were told that the number transfer would done within the hour.

That was Saturday. It is now Tuesday evening. The sim shows "Vodafone AU" but calling in or out doesn't work.

We have phoned numerous times just to be told there is a problem (duh) and they are trying to sort it and give them another 24 hours.

Any recommendations on how to speed this up?
