Just a few quick questions about trading in at EB Games.
1) Do they accept trade-ins for gaming headsets (I'm wanting to trade in an unopened, unused one)
2) Do they give cash or is it only store credit?

If it’s unopened/unused - sell on eBay or gumtree. You’ll get a bit more. As mentioned they don’t care if it’s still sealed. It’s a set price for the piece.

Nope you can't trade in headsets. You can return it if you bought it from EB though for a refund if it was in the last week.
They give only store credit in most states but some states they give cash. Depends on your state laws.

Traded in games last week. You can get store credits or cash (less 20%)
The fact that they don't sell preowned headsets means they won't.
You're better off selling on eBay/Gumtree anyway.My Wireless Afterglow headset just died, perhaps we can we can make an arrangement.
I would presume that as long as your headset is a recognised item in their database, it should be accepted as part of a trade-in. I should warn you though that they don't really place any additional weighting to the fact that an item for trade in is brand new, unused or unopened
