Does anyone know what is the cheapest option (promo codes) to park at Sydney airport for 4 hours ? Planning to meet my friend who is having a 5 hour transit, so I would like to catch up with her. May be, we l visit Opera house or circular Quey. Any suggestions ?

Your best option would be park on nearby streets and get an uber to the airport. I believe parking in Syd airport is easily $25 an hour.
Or get her to jump on the train and meet you in the city?
It's well signed and easy to do and faster than driving in and then having to find a carpark near the Opera House (which will be expensive too given it won't be full day/early bird).
yes and considering she only has 5 hours in Sydney you should definitely do this
When you book a hotel to "catch up", ask if they have any parking deals with the room.
If there's 5 hours, you might be better off picking her up and going somewhere close to eat or something then dropping her off later.
Train to nearest station then Bus to airport
Get an Uber or Taxi to go to where you want to go with your friend
Sounds like you want to visit opera house, so are you not just picking her up?
With Sydney roads and congestion, I'd stay in the airport. What time is she landing?
Or you could intentionally cause her to miss her flight and take her back to your place.
Parking on local streets for 5 hours is virtually impossible. The cheapest option is to pick them up at the free 15 mins zone and then leave the airport by car and later drop them off in the drop off zone.
Otherwise get there by public transport and take them to Circular Quay by train.
I assume that you have 5 hours plus 3 hours for checkin. If only 5 hours in total transit, then don't bother leaving the airport. Or just walk over to the Rowers Club.
