    I am not quite in need of resupply, but like the sound of this deal. How long will the beans keep/stay in reasonable condition if unopened?

      Max 2 weeks after opening, then starts going downhill up to a month, where it becomes standard woolies shelf coffee.

      I love Manna beans, great beans, but I tend to stick with a smaller batch, maybe the $35 one.

          You can freeze unopened bags of roasted beans with relatively little loss in quality (obviously not going to be as good as if you used the beans immediately, but if they're going to be stored for a while, it's better than just leaving them at room temperature). There's little/no moisture in the bag before you open it, so just put the bag straight in the freezer once it arrives. Make sure you let the beans thaw overnight before you open the bag, otherwise you risk condensation. And don't freeze them after you've opened the bag

        Can't get perfect grind most of the times. :)

          It often varies over different batches. You may need a fine grind for some, and less so for others.

          I find that if I grind in very small batches, and test what suits each batch, then I write it on the pack.

          The last beans I bought from Manna had a variation of grind from 2 to 5 on my machine, depending on the bean. Manna tends to roast light so I find that I lean to a finer grind for a stronger coffee.
