also local store (ryde) has some good offers like $5 for wings or dippers with pizza purchase.

No I mean the picture you've linked to describes the "Address Book" feature of membership, not a free dessert. As far as I can see.

Seriously, between the bad service, the fact they would not honour their own coupons, worse then cardboard pizzas and deplorable follow up to customer feedback of my local store. 20 free thingies would not be enough for me to give them my business again!

yep, official complaint. Head office got back to me within 3 days
Told me the manager of the business franchise would contact me…
A week later I replied letting them know no one had contacted me

OOPPPPs, still havent heard from the business manager,he must have been too busy making bad pizzas to care.
And I completely agree, I used to be a once a week customer at the store but the quality thing just can't be overlooked.
Nothign better then a fantasticaly made pizza. Nothing worse then eating cardboard.
BTW it is now been 1.5 months since my original complaint, so you can see how much they care.
I LOVE eagle boys!!! The pizzas are the best! The choc dessert thingies ( yes thats there real name ) are sooo good! This is definately a deal i'll be taking up :)
