Once was like 2 minutes, I was shocked how quick. Usually about 15-30 mins though.
it has been more than 2 hours for me. I am not sure if being after hours affect or not.
Have used this feature from Jetstar, only for a single domestic flight.
The price runs out after 60 minutes, however, I failed to pay within that time frame and just submitted another price beat request and got the exact same flights and price.
The response took roughly 20-30 minutes each time.
I submitted a claim on Sunday for my flights with Jetstar compared with Tigerair.
I got the claim approved within 30 minutes. From the moment i received the email with the pricebeaten price, i had 60 minutes to pay or i lose the offer.

thanks mate, waited for 3 hours and it didnt arrive then, went to sleep. woke up to see claim being rejected because the flight was just 20 minutes off each other. oh well, good to know the system works, just not fast enough always.
Your claim should be accepted if it is an hour before or after the jetstar flight.
My flight was at 7am, i pricebeat with a flight at 6am
You have a window to buy the flights if your price beat is approved. If you don’t do it within that window, the price is gone and you forfeit the offer. Now, I’ve never not paid, but there’s never been any information on “if you don’t buy you’re penalised” so I can’t imagine you actually have to buy the flights.
But others may prove me wrong?
