Activating Kogan Mobile Prepaid

Hi All,

I just bought a kogan mobile prepaid and i need help with the activation.

i insert the sim onto my mobile.
then i went to koganmobile.com.au/activate
put in all my details
and then now kogan asking to select option i have an email with a voucher code at the plan stage and i enter the voucher code
and then now kogan ask me to enter my credit card details and they said

Your next recharge will be charged to the credit card provided below following the expiry of your current selected plan.

A $1.00 pre-authorisation fee will be charged to your credit card which will automatically be refunded within 5 business days

is there a way for me not to give my credit card details? i dont want kogan to automatically deduct my credit card

    From memory there is an tick box you can check so that they don’t store your card details.

    Its also very easy for you to turn auto recharge off once you log in to your account. I've done this many times, and I don't even think Kogan deduct the $1.00

    Call them and tell them you are getting an error on the last step that says: "We are unable to process your payment. Please try a different card or contact support."
    I've had this error a few times and they will manually activate it for you without your credit card details.

    I have activated heaps of sims with them… never a problem.
    Put your cc details in… then after the service is active log into your account and do this..
    1. Untick auto renew.
    2. Delete your cc details.
