No Fee credit card with lounge access (Priority Pass or similar)

So I've got a Citibank signature card which has priority pass.
the problem is it's only for the card holder.

are there any other fee free cards that offer it for the cardholder+guest?

Grab an Amex like Qantas Ultimate, comes with $450 travel credit to offset the $450 yearly fee.

Card comes with two Qantas Lounge and two AMEX lounge passes per year; so yourself and partner can enter either lounge.

    • yeah, problem is… you can only offset the first year.

The travel credit is a yearly benefit, it offsets the cost every year.

no s/he wants everything for free.

There is. It's called the Bank of elcheapoinoz. Free money for everyone. let me know when you've done this.

            @mbck: you don't get it.
I have the option of choosing, whether I want free, or paid CC.
My choice was free, there is nothing wrong with that.

If there is no option for a double PP on a free CC, thats fine with me.
            no need to mock.

Can you use the travel credit for sale fares?

          • @star-ggg: Yes, you purchase through AMEX Travel website and when I last purchased comparison of fares on offer were the same as flight centre, qantas direct, etc.

  • StGeorge Amplify (first year free)… basically most high end rewards cards when you dont chose the qantas option.

I'm signed up with the city Sig, plus I open another (as above), but sign my partner up on the priority pass account.

  • Supp card holder

  • Priority Pass is not a great option for domestic travel, no lounges in Australia.

Restaurants in several domestic airports Aust. now accept PPass.
However for international travel and cheap lounge access Diners Club Card used to be about $135 P.A. and had lounge access. Not identical access to PPass, but close.

      • You're right.
I pay $270 PA to Bankwest for LoungeKey. That's pretty much the only reason I use my card for, as Bankwest points are good for nothing.
LoungeKey is a slightly lesser version of PP operated and is operated by PP.

But Diners Club might be a better option :D According to ausbt, if you sign up for the Diners club Qantas card and opt out of the rewards program, the annual fee would be just $95.
On the other hand, Rex lounge in Sydney is crap. I mostly use the $36 off for food at the restaurants, which makes Lounge key much better than Diners club.
