    I didn’t think these were legal to sell in Australia. If they were you’d see them in chemists and supermarkets.

      Pretty sure chemist warehouse does sell a version of this, with a mouth plate, some gel and "blue light".
      The real question is whether or not all these cheap offerings work at all.
      edit: see JV's post. Most likely this is weak and doesn't do anything.

    From 1 May 2013, teeth whitening products containing concentrations of greater than 6% hydrogen peroxide and/or greater than 18% carbamide peroxide can only be dispensed by registered dental practitioners as part of their dental practice.

    So either it’s not strong enough to work or it’s illegal.
