They don't have the same value as jewellery from a legit swarovski store. These crystals are everywhere on ebay.

A word of warning: I haven't received one of the items I ordered last time. They claimed that they had sent both but only one arrived.
I had to open a PayPal dispute and now they are trying to trick me saying that I have to close the dispute before they can process my refund. I have even offered to pay the difference to get another, more expensive item but their answer is "they won't assist me because I have opened a dispute".
Very dishonest and ugly behaviour.
I've ordered several times from them and never experienced anything like that. On the contrary in a couple of instances they even had extra in the package. I'm not doubting your story, but just thought I'd share my experience.
Escalate the dispute and if possible share your conversations with the company with PayPal.
