Renting a colour printers

Hi there,
Just setting up my new business and need a printer, two as a matter of fact.
I need to rent one as it's important to have a call out service if it breaks down ect.
Has anyone had experience with the rental companies? Recommendations on what to look out for maybe?

Also need a warehouse fit out company in Melbourne's East? Has anyone experiences they can share?
TIA

No problems, I am more than happy to provide a detailed response.

OK. Just a little confused. From your title it appears you want to rent a printing company. However here you have refined that to a printer with no specifications. I'll cut you some slack and assume you are after two colour printers… possibly lazer… possibly for A4 printing… possibly with the ability to print one page per day.

OK, you said you want two printers. But now you want to rent one. Mr Bond, which one is it? Would you like a same day call our service?

    Check your contracts

What size are you after? Like a Halmarc business park?

Bond my man, the more you put in - the more you get out.

  • I can shed light on this

    Renting colour printers

Contact a company like Xerox, Cannon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta. They can sell you a printer on a rental basis plus a per page print charge which covers all the maintenance and servicing of the machine for a period of 1, 2, 3 or 5 years.

You will likely be after a builder that has experience in warehouse construction. It is not necessarily complicated. If you are after racks and shelving only, there are specialists that can do just that.

  • If you contact one of the big enterprise printing brands they will set you up with a support contract. That means if it breaks you can call them and they will fix it either for a flat call out fee or you might just have to pay for parts.

A bit like fixed price servicing in a car.

Depending on your business I wouldn't buy a home use printer. You'll need to work out how much printing you are really doing and if you need a large enterprise printer or just a home office or small business printer.
