      If the device supports SDHC, then yes. Just read the instruction manual, it will tell you what amount of memory it will support. If it mentions SDHC, then that is great… if it doesn't mention SDHC then probably not - eg: Sandik Sansa v1 doesn't support SDHC, but the v2 and a firmware update will allow SDHC.
