I've brought some of their stuff before and I honestly prefer them over bonds, they're held up much better over time.

Agreed. Bought about 5 pairs a few years ago. They seemed like factory seconds and I took photos and tried to argue that point but they denied this and refused to refund. Avoid like the plague.
Have a bunch of pairs of Holeproof and Bonds briefs that have lasted me much longer than these.
Yea I have. Anything with buttons in the front is a recipe for disaster for me.
Not associated with them at all, but StepOne have been good. Even when a pair tore near the top band, they replaced under "warranty" after about 4 months.
Terrible quality and don't bother with the satisfaction or refund crap.
This is my 4th or 5th time giving this brand a neg vote as a warning to others.
Mine were terrible quality also, as well as clearly smaller sizing standards. They also tried to argue that I'd worn them all to deny my refund. Luckily it was an eBay Plus purchase and I received a full refund.
Will never buy from them again
Had no idea it's that bad as I only had a positive experience with their stuff. I'll definitely keep this in mind with this brand from now on.
