Cheap Wireless Mono Laser Printer with Duplex

Hey ozbargainers,

Im a uni student looking to buy a new printer around $100-150. Preferably in a physical store in Victoria.

Here's what im looking for:

Black and white
Laser printer
Auto duplex
Wireless
Cheap toner
Reliable (should last at least a few years printing about 100 pages a week - mostly text and some diagrams - NO need for high quality printing)

What do you think is the best printer for the job?

LoL. I'm looking for the EXACT same features in a printer. B&W, laser, duplex, wireless.

OW do indeed pricematch in Vic, though not to other states I wouldn't say…

I'm going to be keeping my eyes on this thread to see if someone can help us out!

In exactly the same situation. Spent all afternoon wading through the different options. The Brother HL-2270DW Wireless Duplex Mono Laser Printer (RRP $199) is by far the best option and there are several sites, including link below, who are selling them at $145. Will also soon be available in Dick Smiths, $175. I had been trying to find a refurbished brother 5370dw ($400+) as it was the only one that seemed to offer what I wanted (at an unfeasible expense). Not usually a comment leaver, but I figured this was well worth sharing.
