Is There Any Easy Way to Set a Reminder for Someone Else?

Hi all

I'm on the google eco system and I'm wanting to set a reminder (on Calendar or Google Keep…or something similar) for someone else (Let's call them "B")

I would like the option for it to be a location based reminder.

E.g when B goes to Waverley Shopping Centre, trigger reminder, buy milk.

Is there any way I can do this? I tried creating a reminder for myself on Google keep, and sharing it with B, but it only notifies me for the reminder.

Thanks

Have a look at Tick Tick. It uses Google's task system in the background and syncs across all platforms connected to same Google account. You can also have a shared 'folder' with another Google user, in which either can create or edit tasks. You can set up fairly elaborate reminders, but I've never checked if user B also can get the reminders. Also the Android app is ad free and costs $0.00.

  • Just ring up and ask them to get milk ..

    • I think these days you ask creepy Google to call them and explain that they're a bot calling on your behalf and can you please get milk.
