Terms & Conditions:

The email I got says “Just select your PayPal account when booking an UberPool trip and the promotion will be automatically applied.”
Are you seeing it reflected in the estimate? Or only after booking?

I have another concurrent $5 off promotion :). I find Uber Pools charges impossible to decipher though. Last time I used I was quoted $18 and a guaranteed arrival of 11:19. Was then billed $22 less ‘discounts’ and arrived 11:37, driver tried to drop me off a 15 minute walk away from home. Would have been quicker and easier to catch the train.
Tried uber pool.. Absolute waste of time.. Not worth the savings.

My first trip didn't have the offer applied but my second did. Now to contact uber to find out why.
I’m thinking this may be targeted. I have checked my Uber app and the PayPal offer automatically appeared in my Promotions section of the app. So i’m assuming that if it’s not there, you aren’t eligible.

I agree, it’s definitely deceptive wording. I guess they don’t expect many people to take more than 20 UberPool rides in 3 weeks.
